These terms apply to the use of the website elejal.de, operated by Isaac Alonso Elejalde Calles (see Imprint).

1. Scope

These terms only cover the use of this website. Projects and services I provide to clients are governed by the individual proposal or contract agreed with each client.

2. Content of this website

The content on this website is general information about my services. It is not a binding offer: scope, prices and dates only become binding once confirmed in an individual proposal.

I create and update the content with care, but I cannot guarantee that it is always complete, correct and up to date, or that the website is available without interruption.

3. Copyright

Texts, design, graphics, animations and code on this website are protected by copyright. Unless stated otherwise, the rights belong to me. You may view and print the pages for your personal use. Any other use, such as copying, editing, distributing or republishing content, requires my prior written consent, unless the law allows it.

Client logos, project screenshots and the names of products and tools belong to their respective owners and are shown for reference only.

4. Links to other websites

This website contains links to external websites. I have no influence on their content, so their operators are responsible for it. When the links were set, the linked pages showed no recognisable legal violations. If I become aware of a violation, I will remove the link promptly.

5. Linking to this website

You are welcome to link to this website, as long as the link is not misleading and does not suggest a partnership or endorsement that does not exist. Showing pages of this website inside a frame on another website requires my prior consent.

6. Booking sessions

Consultations and sessions can be booked through the embedded booking calendar. The price, duration and conditions shown on the respective booking page apply to each booking.

7. Liability

I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, I am only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage that is typical for this kind of agreement.

8. Privacy

How personal data is processed on this website is explained in the privacy policy.

9. Consumer dispute resolution

I am neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country where you habitually reside. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Nuremberg.

I may update these terms when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here at the time of your visit applies.
